Tools

This section contains miscellaneous features supported

by the handset.

Alarm

You can set alarm for a particular time. Select Menu >

Tools > Alarm.

1. To set a simple alarm, set the alarm time and select

Repeat > Off. Select Save.

2. To set a recurrent alarm set the alarm time and

select Repeat > On. Select Repeat Days and select

Save.

3. To set snooze time, set the alarm time in minutes

and select Save.

4. To set the alarm tone, select Menu > Tools > Alarm

> Alarm tone. Select the alarm tone.

The alarm will work even if the phone is in

Silent mode.

The alarm will work even if the phone is

switched off.

Notes

Select Menu > Tools > Notes to store the required

information. Use Options to add, edit or delete notes.

To-do List

Select Menu > Tools > To-do list to store the required

information.

Click Options to perform the following tasks:

Options Description

Add Add a new To-do note.

Delete Delete the selected note

Mark note as

done

Mark the selected note as completed

Save detail Use the phone number, e-mail address

or the URL present in the note to

• add to contacts

• call the contact

• send e-mail or message

• send the details to another

number

• access the Website

Sort by

deadline/

priority

Sort the list based on priority or

deadline

Send Send the selected note to another

contact as SMS or using Bluetooth.

Delete notes Delete multiple notes till the current

date or all the notes.

Go to

Calendar

Access the calendar to view saved

schedules.

Save to

Calendar

Mark the selected task in the calendar
